    We have moved the form from Google Forms to host locally on our website. Thank you for your consideration in our project, and taking the next steps. This form is to create a median of communication between business owners and us. Upon completion, we will contact you and take the next steps to complete your business profile, so that when the app is live, you'll be one of the first featured on it! The app is set to go live February 1st.
